Data Deletion

If you want us to delete your personal data from our systems, including any data collected through Meta (Facebook/Instagram) login or advertising integrations, you can request deletion by following the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

  1. Send an email to tristan@swavve.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
  2. Include your name and any email addresses or identifiers associated with your account so we can locate your data.
  3. We will confirm your request within 5 business days and delete your data within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

  • Contact information (name, email, phone number)
  • Any data received through Meta (Facebook) integrations
  • Analytics and tracking data associated with your identity
  • CRM records and communication history

What We May Retain

We may retain certain data as required by law (e.g., invoicing records, tax documentation). Any retained data will be limited to what is legally required and will not be used for marketing purposes.

Meta (Facebook) Users

If you logged in using Facebook or interacted with our services through Meta platforms, you can also remove our app's access to your data directly from your Facebook App Settings. Removing the app will stop any future data sharing. To delete data we have already received, follow the email steps above.
